Last Stand’s actions and stands are determined by Board members, all volunteers, who are elected at our Annual Meeting (held in January or February). Directors serve for staggered terms of three years.

Our Board of Directors meets monthly in person and via Zoom to discuss current issues and decide on actions and resource allocation. Our subcommittees meet more frequently. The frequency of our meetings aligns with the varied schedule of municipal and county meetings.
