Randy moved to Key West in 1996 to get away from the cold Chicago winters and never looked back. He has worked in the hospitality industry and for local government since that time. He recently retired from the Monroe County Property Appraiser’s office. While at the Property Appraiser’s office, he had a unique opportunity to see most of the Monroe County neighborhoods in person.

As a scuba instructor for almost 20 years, Randy has spent a significant amount of time underwater in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and has seen the water quality deteriorate dramatically, as well as the health of the coral reefs decline.

Randy lives with his wife, Nancy, in Key West and looks forward to helping Last Stand with their mission.
